How payments work on Last20

Payments on Last20 are simple, secure, and powered by Stripe.com. Vibers fund a task only after agreeing a claim by a Coder. The payment is then held securely by Stripe and released only when the Viber approves the completed work. Our fixed platform fee added on to the job fee and taken at the time of payment.

For Vibers

When you're ready to start, you fund the job via a fast, hosted Stripe checkout. Your money is held safely until you confirm the work is done. On approval, we release payment to the Coder automatically.

For Coders

Begin work once the job is funded. After the Viber approves the result, your payout is sent promptly from the funds held. Payouts are streamlined so you can focus on delivery, not admin.

Currencies and payouts

We accept payments in GBP, USD, and EUR. Payouts are supported in multiple currencies and regions subject to Stripe's country and currency availability.

Security and trust

All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers, and every transaction benefits from Stripe's fraud prevention and compliance standards. Funds are never moved without the Viber's approval.

Disputes

If there's a disagreement, we keep funds on hold while we help both parties reach a resolution. When resolved, we can release funds in full, partially, or process a refund as appropriate.
